If you truly love her, you would give up everything just to be with her everyday.

It depends do you really want kids, if the answer is yes and you love her then you could always adopt, foster or try IVF treatment.
The thing is if you love her and want to be with her because she is the one, your love for her shouldn't change considering that you know that she can't have children. If you had found out after you'd been married that she couldn't have children and she knew about it then that would be different. However if you see children in your future talk to her about it and if really really do want children considering the alternatives. But if she is the one don't throw if all away because of that fact. Lots of married couples are unable to have children and they still love each other. If you truly love her then the fact that she can't have children shouldn't change that.

You usually marry a person because they are everything you want. However, just because she can't biologically have children, there's always the chance of adoption or surogacy. I don't think your love for her would change once you know that. Love is a bond stronger than anything. It just might make other things you want in life a bit more complicated. Best of luck to you.

hey, it's not all about kids, is it? if you love her very much, your love shouldn't change even after you know she can't give you kids because when you love someone, you love that person no matter what flaws he/she may have. is it she can't have kids or she doesn't want kids? i'm one who doesn't want kids, at least not now...
gd luck, if she changed your idea of her, i think maybe you shouldn't marry her... don't break both your hearts... either accept it 100% and be happy or find another one who will give you children :)

I would still marry the man I love, regardless of whether or not we would be able to have children naturally. Adoption and a few medical procedures are available for that kind of thing.

I'd hope not... Medical Science is incredible now days, so there's always still a chance. My mum was told she couldn't have any children. She was 'lucky' to have me (she fell pregnant when she stopped trying) and she adopted my brother. We're a very happy family.

I don't know your situation, but if you really want kids, and you won't be able to have them with your spouse (ie. they don't want them) then don't marry them. If you both want kids, and one of you can't have them (physically), adoption is a great answer.
