Hi, I am traveling through Air India with my 2 year old daughter from Chicago to Mumbai. This is my first time traveling with her and I am little nervous as I heard some bad things about Air India. I want to know if you have traveled Air India with a toddler and what was your experience like? For example was flight crew helpful? Do they provide warmed milk for toddlers? I know their entertainment system is poor, so can I take portable DVD player for my daughter to watch her favorite shows? I search through their website but I could not find any answer. I also tried to call them on their four different numbers but all of them are always engaged. My journey is very close, so please reply
Thank you.

As far as food, it will be good. But air crew service will be average but not so worst.

If you trave in Air India, air crew will be your graandma or grandpa. If you trave in Singapore airlines, air crew will be your grand daughter or grand son.

Anyway you are going to see their service !!!

One thing is sure, take off and landing is very very good.

Any lengthy flights with little toddlers can be a headache. Im not confident in case you could carry a DVD participant, yet do carry products which will save her busy like crayons and paper. On maximum of our flight she drew and slept. in case you requested to get your milk warmth they're going to experience free to help you. I felt like they gave particular remedy to me because I had a youthful toddler with me so don't be too frightened because you adult males will be nice.
