Personally I like the corned beef one better, but I wanna know whats the better omelet so that I could cook it for my friend when he comes over.

I like corned beef because of the more intense flavor but if you want another omelet flavor treat try using smoked salmon. It is awesome!

corned beef, add some potatoes and lots of swiss cheese, you can even ad a dropp of dijion mustard to make it the best d@mn corned beef omlete ever!

EWW, Neither, why not just give him the shortening? try chicken and veggies instead. Chicken pieces, onions garlic green peppers and any other veggies you happen to have on hand, cooked and diced
