can but not really good idea, Texture & Taste both are not quite well to take on. If you are making eggless cakes then may be OK but definetly not when making with Eggs.

Why you need to use Milkmaid in cake? try going back to basics. if cannot then just buy a ready cake from market.

Milkmaid is good only for Indian sweets but not for baking

u can add milkmaid in cake.its mostly added in egg less cakes.if Ur using it decrees the quantity of sugar.
