Much too vague, sorry. But is the fluid in the blisters pus (whitish, cloudy), or clear (waterlike). If the whole family has this, it suggests infectious etiology, and, if it is truly pustules means that the above advice is prudent - let a doctor see it. Something else to consider is where these blisters are, and is anyone running fever. It almost sounds like a contact dermatitis, but then again, too little information. Go to the doctor and don't mess around with this.

EEek, I'd go to your doctor and find out about getting some thorough tests done!!! If it's the water contamination that's suspected, then by all means, quit using the water until you know more about what's going on.
As for the actual blisters, don't shower, but rather sponge bath, and be careful that those broken blisters don't get wet, or they will spread. If it's already spread, then you need to just leave them for a doctor to check out, immediately. This could affect your internal health and well-being, if you're drinking this water, too!

Are the blisters all over, could it be chicken pox. They have a clear fluid in the blisters though and you get very itchy. I think you need to see a doctor or atleast ring one. Do you have or have you had a fever? Doesnt sound very nice, either way

Definitely see a doctor. It could be a staph infection, which can spread to different parts of your body and to other people. Go to the doctor ASAP.
