You know the answer to this one. Tell the police. The other thing you need to do is get your friend some help. She needs to talk to a rape counselor about this situation. It can haunt her for years if she doesn't get a handle on this now.
I know how it is to be scared. Been there, more than once. I thought it was me, but I found out that some people are just sick. I only told someone about my rape after I was grown and had children. I actually think that it may have been the cause of my failed relationships (2 of them).
Just tell her its not her fault. Be supportive and help her as much as possible. Let her talk to you about her issues and she may come out of the shock, depression, and fear that she is in. In the meantime, tell the police and get those guys off the street before they hurt someone else.

Don't be too harsh in your judgements of others. Some quiet people lack confidence and are painfully shy, especially with those of the opposite sex. Some are over-sensitive with criticism from others. Some have speech problems, mispronunciations of certain words. If you are trying to get the quiet guy to leave his shell, try talking and more talking. Maybe tease him a little but in a nice way. Smile and see if that helps.

You report it to the police for her and they will contact her for a report. You have to help her! It is the right thing to do. If you want help contact the victim's center, call the police department or the ER and they can give you the number to call. Best of luck to the both of you!!

Wow! You are such a great friend and I know that you want to do the best for your friend. Just be careful and make sure that you are doing what is in her best interest. Speak with and be there as a friend and let her know you will be there for her. I hope that she will go to the police and if she doesn't mined go for her.

tell, before the perpetrators do it to some other victims. call a counsellor, a teacher, or a priest if you do not wish to call the cops right away. they can contact the police for you and handle your friend's identity with secrecy.

You need to acknowledge BOTH HER SHAME AND HELPLESSNESS.She most likely feels scared and isolated and less than. She needs some understanding that she is a good and worthwhile gal and perhaps a lot of hugs, and time to cry,Take her to a kickboxing class.Or have her beat a pilow till she is all done

Tell, not only does she need the rapists off the streets but she needs to be better prepared to defend herself. Pepper spray at least. The rapist belong in prison cells. They will do it either to her again or to someone else. Please get the police involved.

You must report it. Of course, by now much of the evidence is probably gone.
At the very least take her to the emergency room for some emergency counseling. And to be checked for pregnancy, stds and HIV.
