On the back of my neck, in the middle, I have this weird string of skin and it is about 4 inches long!!!!!!! I just got it the other day, at least thats when I noticed it! Does anyone else get these? I got teased at school for being a BACKWARDS UNICORN like having a horn on the back of my head instead of the front. HELP! SO EMBARASSING!

Just let your hair grow out , then braid it in with your hair...no one will notice....

I've never heard of such a thing. I would go see a doctor and have it removed like you would freeze off a mole or wart. It's probably like similar to a mole. I know people who get moles that stick straight out but they usually aren't longer than half an inch. Then grow your hair out so at least you have something to cover it if you get another one. Most people I know get them less frequently when they are getting plenty of exercise so that you improve your circulation and help your body get rid of toxins and other factors that can cause this to happen. It also could be entirely genetic - if so then there's not alot you can do about them if they come back over and over - but I would just get the thing removed over and over then. Most people who have issues with moles - just have to get them removed when they get to big or irritating. You probably had this growing on you for a long time and just didn't notice until now. I've never heard of any kind of cancer doing this - but you'll definitely want to see the doc and get it checked out and removed.

Okay, that's really strange. All I can think of is "skin tags". I think you should see a dermatologist to find out what it is. It may sound gross, but they could at least cut it off. Also, sorry, but I didn't understand the unicorn thing. Good Luck!
