like in the last episode of mash when the girl has to quiet her baby so the bad guys don't find everyone. ends up smothering it.

forgot to ask believe in god our not. I think i'm going to find. those that wouldn't kill kid believe in god baneavlent one . But didn't he do just that ?

Mothers did it during the holocost too.
I guess you'd have to be in the situation to think about it but logicly why try to save the life of a baby (who is also logically going to die if you get caught anyway) and risk the lives of others who have a better chance of living if it's dead.

I haven't watched Mash but I think that it had a situation where either everyone dies including the baby or the baby only. Pick one.

If the child's life is one's life, losing it means his also. Why not both go to save the village. That will be better course of action. Jesus sacrifices his life for many. Both may be rewarded for the sacrifice made.

I don't know if I would, but I do know someone who did and not just for a small villige but for the whole world! God sent his Son to take the punishment that man/womam deserves.

No I wouldn't however I might knock her unconscious for a while in that situation, but I would never kill my own child or anyone else.
