I've never heard of such cream ... I would think it some sort of peroxide type thing and could leach into her bloodstream or even damage her nipples causing side effects if she ever intends to breast feed ...
If she finds some ... and needs help applying it .... tell her to buzz me :) ...lol

it's safe as long as you buy the right product. she should really check with her doctor though bc there are chemical used in these products that might make her allergic since she is putting it on sensitive areas...
another way is to just put lotion on her nipples. any lotion that is white and see if that will fade the color a little bit (this might take more time though) lotion tends to fade color overtime not dramatically. and this way it can be used as a moisturizer on the nipples (which she will be thankful for in the future) and won't be too harsh on her skin.
good luck

You should read Laura Jefferson’s book "Skin Whitening At Home" ( I saw it's also available in electronic format +video: http://www.skinwhiteningathome.com ). After 8 weeks I managed to get my skin a few tones whiter and I also got rid of freckles.

The method she teaches in her book is natural, inexpensive, and is readily available in most homes. You could even find some ingredients in your own backyard. The most wonderful thing about the method she shares in her book is that it will help you whiten or lighten your skin pigmentations, freckles, age spots, acne marks, dark underarms, melasma, or your overall skin color easily and naturally without breaking your bank or producing dangerous side effects. Good Luck!

If she wants to be more revealing, why is she worried about the shade of her nipples. Take it from me, if a guy can see her nipple color thru a revealing top they could be green, and we'd still dig em.

Don't pull a Micheal Jackson. I do believe that surgery is the only solution to you being unhappy about your nipples sizes.

It seems a little backwards to want to cover something up in order to wear something more revealing.

I wouldn't bleach my skin, so the pastie suggestion sounds best to me.
