Peanut butter, and Miracle Whip. It is really good, but you only put a smidgen of Miracle Whip on it.

Liver, Giblets, Potato Pancakes, Gizzards on toast with gravy, oysters, (ew-why eat something slimy , that you don't even get to chew?).

I did not eat this last one. We went into a restaurant in Missouri some place, and this strip mall cafe was really busy. So, we figured that they must have good food.

We went in, and looked at the menu. On it, under sandwiches, they had,"brain." I knew I probably didn't want it, but had to ask what it was. I asked the waitress, "what is a brain sandwich?" She said, "It's pig brain. It's really good. It has a texture like noodles. Would you like to order it?" I said, "No thank you." She walked away, stopped with her tray balanced up on her hand, and looked at me, and said." You ain't from round here are ya?"
I said, "nope.'

Being a vegetarian now, nothing I have eaten comes even close to some of the items listed by the people above!

The two weirdest things I ate were both by accident - a fruit salad with salt and pepper, and a thousand year duck egg. Both were disgusting.

My next door neighbors were Korean and I used to love to go over to their house and eat what we (the kids) called "fishies" They were basically whole minnows with some sort of spicy seasoning on them.

The weirdest thing I have ever eaten was right here in the good ol' USA: a concoction made by my brother-in-law: "banana split mashed potatoes with caramel sauce" It was...um...interesting...

being raised in middle east..i have eaten cow brain and tongue( which are very very high in protein and really good for you) and my mom has eaten cooked snails in rice..she didnt know they were snails until she was told to..she told me they taste better than any meat she has ever eaten. oh and i have eaten octopus but i am sure it is nothing unusual.oh and we eat cow intestines back home ( ofcourse they clean it up before they cook it lol..we eat the lining of it) the european nations is trying to ban that food..i dont know why. it is pretty common over there..it is like how you buy hotdogs here in america...it tastes good too..with bread..yummmy..oh and ofcourse fish head and eyes. they taste so good. my mom got me hooked on those.try pickled garlic..yummy goes great with meat and ok here is one i think you should try this. this is sth i got used to from my childhood. go buy italian bread from your bakery or grocery store. and buy nutella and feta cheese( pref. greek feta the saltier the better) and spread nutella on the bread and spread the cheese and make a sandwich..oh my god. you will be drooling. i know it sounds weird and my husband put on a fight before trying it now he always asks me to make one for him LOL

When I lived in Florida, I dined on rattlesnake meat and gator tail. I liked the gator tail alright but had a hard time with the snake meat.

Octopus soup.
When I was a kid we were poor and my mom was very adverturous with the nutritional dollar. She got a great deal on this octopus, it was pretty big, and made soup with it.
It probably wouldn't have been so gross if she hadn't run into the room with a big tentacle hanging out of her nose hollering "it's a booger, it's a booger!" before she served it to us.

not too weird to some--but i've eaten duck embryo and ant egg nests. octopus is nice, a little tough if not cooked correctly. i've also eaten frog legs when i was a kid (considering i loved kermit the frog). in a trip to tokyo, i was dared to eat fugu, but refused in the end. i also had a taste of curry-flavored pringle's chips. hmm... i should've tried the fugu instead...
