Do proffesional athletes have a higher blood alcohol level than other people after, say 2 beers? If not, why do they feel drowsy after 2 beers already and find it difficult to drive after 5 beers while other people can still convince the cops that they are not drunk? Will the breathalizer/ blood test be affected for a sports guy after a beer, who feels the effect already?

I think it is because athletes one usually wear themselves out before drinking and being tired makes 1 beer seem like 2 and then adrenaline and alcohol are also a bad combination !!

Probably because they are not used to drinking so much. Many (true) athletes do not drink much because they are trying to be as healthy as possible. Thus, they are likely to get more drunk because they don't do it as often. Less Tolerance.
