I suppose you use the Windows environment,

Start => Run
type "msconfig"
open the "Startup" tag, and check/uncheck whatever you want.
(Checked applications/services run at startup)
when you finish, click "OK"

Please Note that you have to be an administrator on the pc to do this.

Click on Start, Run, type msconfig, click OK, when System Configuration Utility window opens up click on Startup tab.

Search Registry for Run and RunOnce Key And Enter Or remove Your Program Pathe From There

goto the start menu and there in the run type MSconfig and press enter. a dailogue box opens there go to start and make necessary changes
