There are many points to a successful weight loss. You gained weight slowly, so you should lose the weight slowly. Diet Pills and exercise are not an answer. It takes a lot of exercise to lose a small amount of weight and diet pills are very inconsistent in results. You must alter your life style...Eat less...do a bit more exercise..just walking is useful to burn up excess calories. Don't follow these fad diets as most are nonsensical and deprive you of nutrients, but do include more fruits and vegetables in your diet and avoid complex carbohydrates and sugars...remember it is step at a time. You can do it but it takes patience and persistence.

I dont know how 80 kgs applies to pounds but running or jogging is good for reducing weight lifting weights will increase your overall weight becaue muscule is heavyer than fat, you say that you have good biceps...start working on your abs and start walking on the tread mills or riding the bikes at the gym, and watch what you eat especially if you eat out alot...and dont take those pills anymore like you said they are harmful to your body, your just going to have to do some work instead of taking some pills to reduce you weight....

Good biceps alone will not help.

Having a good diet, some cardio and a good amount of resistance training should help you attain the results you want.

Utilize all the muscles in your body with resistance training.

Activating muscles helps burn calories up to three days after.
Cardio only burns calories up to three hours after.

Seek professional assistance, you will achieve the best results.
