I do cardio almost every morning and ab excercises? Am i doing them wrong? should i put more time into it ? maybe do specific excercises that target that area?

okay...I can tell you that no matter how much you might want to try to target that/those areas there is no such thing as spot reduction unless we are talking lipo......You just need cardio 7 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour. Make sure you watch your calories. There must be a caloric deficit each week!

If you're doing cardio but not eating right, that may be the problem. Clean up your diet a bit and try doing higher intensity cardio. Also do some weight lifting as that will tone up the area and give it more definition. The love handles are a stubborn area but w/ some time and hard work they will eventually go away.

The places where fat accumulates is determined by your genetics. Spot reducing does not work. Sorry.

If you reduce your weight, you will lose fat from wherever your genes say it should be lost. You can reduce your fat a little and see if it comes off the places you want it off.

You should not be too skinny! They say you ought to be able to pinch yourself at the waist and have a one inch (2.5 cm) fold of skin and fat. Be sure your expectations are healthy. Your BMI should be 19 to 25. Search for BMI to find a calculator.

Do some pull ups. It not only helps develope your arms but fat on your back will vanish. If you can't do a pull up on your own there are machines at the gym that will assist you or you can have some to assist.

Try using an exercise ball. That helps with back fat and love handles.

Fat comes off where it comes on first. There are no amount of crunches you can do to shed fat from your love handles only.

Swim, sit-ups, dancing and drink lots of water. Also tai chi and watch what you eat!
