they built it from the gropund up to be a show car and had taken off the vin # plack on the door .theiy gave it to me but i lost it so when i went to register it the dmv said another place it mite be whas under the hood on the wheel well pasenger side but it wasnt there the wheel well had been cut to make room for the suspension to lay down maybe theiy in affect cut out the vin any way i need to know how i can identifie this car because ive been told if it cant be identifide the chp will impound and crush the car

it should be under the fender lip on one side or the other, you may have to remove the fenders to find it :)

it could also be on top of the frame just in front of the firewall

One other option on old cars such as this is the "build sheet" that oddly enough is usually locatd on the top of the gas tank. If you drop the tank and it hasn't been discarded previously there is often a sheet there with option codes and such and often the vin number as well. List of vin locations for most cars is at:

i own a repair shop,and you can have it re-numbered ,but its going to cut the value of it in half or less,,you really need to find that plate,,because that all the numbers there was on the car on that particular car they didn't use a lot of numbers..but id really look hard for that plate,,i don't think they ll impound it,,but then you never know,,good luck i hope this help,s,,,have a good x-mas.

Left side of the dash, Door sticker, Passenger side fire wall under the hood, on the body rail above the radiator under the hood. If not in any of these places.....YOU LOOSE!!

under the windshield directly infront of the driver, tag under the hood should have it, driver side door tag either on the door or near the latch

look in the corner of the front windshield for a metal plate it will ahve the number on it also your insurance company will have it if you had the car insured
