My boyfriend is an extreamly picky eater. He won't eat veggies or most fruits. He only has half an hour for lunch each day and says he is tired of eating the same thing day after day....2 turkey or ham and cheese sandwiches and a pop. While I've tried to get him to bring something other than a Mt. Dew I can't think of anything else he might like to put into his lunches anymore. I'm fresh out of ideas since he doesn't like veggies, fruits, or things that are green. Bottom line, if he thinks its healthy he won't eat it no matter what I try. Please Help!

I'm not packing his lunches for him, just trying to help him figure out some new ideas.

I feel your pain. I am the same. I hate fruit and veggies. Does he like tuna fish? You can add onion. How about fried bologna? Spicy salami? Different rolls? Roast beef with horseradish sauce? Meatloaf Sandwich with ketchup? How about a chicken parm sandwich? You can get a precooked breaded chicken tender from Tyson. Just fry with a dollop of spaghetti sauce with a slice of mozzarella on top and put in a roll. Yes it will be cold but it tastes good. Don't forget a treat like "yodels". The best part of his lunch is that you made it for him and leave a note with a smile on it.

Not being rude but its his lunch. Go through the market with him. You didn't say anything about pasta. He doesn't have to eat a sandwich. He can take stuff in a bowl with a lid. Is there a microwave where he has lunch? There are lots of things in the frozen food section.

Find another boyfriend would be easier than trying to introduce him to something healthy like granola bars and veggies. Just serve him whats good for him and eventually he will eat it.

Banquet Frozen dinners are about a buck a piece, there are many varieties and I guarantee that nearly any of them are anything you could consider "healthy". I eat them a lot, they take less than 3 minutes to cook, and he can pick whatever he wants.

Well I'm sure he would love gummy bears or something that can relate to that. but don't leave it in its own bag that says "gummy bears" with dizziness of bears dancing around (or any think childish)
ok so any way um.... you could put them in a plastic bag instead.

PRETTY MUCH THE SAME THING (BELOW) vvvvv
you should buy a bag of gummy bears. gummy worms, gushers, (things that are similar to those) and put them in a plastic bag.

that's all i can think of that he might/could like.

Dump him and let his mother finish raising him. You have no time to deal with his childishness. He sounds like a four year old, a four year old who will die of congestive heart failure. Find a grown MAN.

First of the all, u can ask him for what he wants to eat for lunch, make it for him, if he say whatever, make the stuffs that he likes to eat like meats that he loves with pasta or noodle, rice, whatever. Bring some left over dinners for him, make him a lunch box, make some choices of the drinks also, there have plenty of stuffs to drink not only pops, try some juices or soups, even some pop sodas that have fruit tastes/ingredients in them. Water. Then u can follow what I want to say, he can buy some takeouts also.

Try to introduce more something like involved vegetable foods for dinners for some times or at these times. Tofu, eggplant parmesan with meat susages pieces in it, add some twists to them, like a vegetable filling meatloaf, veggies that add more favors like add some any kind of cheeses on top of it or cream of can soup mix in and cook or bake in the oven, let the cheeses melt. That will smell even taste good. Try green bean casserole, who doesn't like green bean casserole with crispy onion bits on top, even he still don't like it, let him smell, or eat in front of him to see how yummy that is, attempt him more good recipes that involve more veggies in them. I am sure u are the cooker dinner one, try these on dinner first, see he likes it, if not, when u see doctor, or when u see doctors with him sometimes or a chance, talk to the doctor about this issue, ask or talk to the doctor about this, he become like this because he don't even try for the first time, or when try to eat veggies, he feels they taste bad or no taste at all, so encourage him to bring him back to the veggies world. I don't know how old u guys, but he is the same problem issue to a baby or child that don't eat veggies.

If u are the cooker dinner one and u love him, cook those for him to try, or make him a surprise sometimes to see he will eat just one bite for u, u will feel very happy, u are his hero. If he likes it, try to make more and bring it to his lunch box for him. Or let him cook u a dinner that has veggies in it or teach him how to cook, so he can cook by himself also and to u, with u. Talk to his parents about this too, to see what happen when he was growing up, why he don't like to eat veggies, u will learn something more about him too. Hopefully he loves u, and he will listen to u, hopefully u will marry to him, make him proud that u are the one that is for him and u are his hero. Good Luck, I know u will win this and win him over. Pretty girl. :P

Oh, do the same ideas for fruits also, u can cook some recipes that involved fruits in them, like fish filets with lemon juices with them/on top, orange or lemon favor in/on duck/chicken breasts, fish filets with lemon or orange slices on/in them or try to make some desserts, got to have fruits on/in them, and a cake that has fruits on it. Try to make some drinks with them also. I know he must be a stubbon man, but if u put some efforts on things that he loves or cook something to impress him, he will know it, and hopefully he is the one that u want. Tell me how it turn out. Love to hear back from u. I will be your friend. Hopefully we can talk together. I don't think u have any problems to work on this. Be your friend.
