The first basically says that freedom comes with both the ability to succeed and to fail. Without both the positive and negative aspects of , it isn't truly freedom.

The second is saying that anything out of your mind, is over and done with. It is useless to hold grudges forever.

Freedom means diversity & also mobility.

Albert Camus said about Freedom -

"Freedom is not a reward or a decoration that is champagne.... Oh no ! It's a long distance race, quite solitary and very exhausting."

Hello Seema, this means that keep silence in the thoughts level. So you could talk so harmoniously without any excitation or perturbation. During such a stage the body will be in normal functioning state and all organs would be in perfect harmony. And so talking would be so relevant and so useful for everyone as well as for the speaker.
