I'm after the recipes for apple crumble and chocolate chip cookies, easy to make but yummy thank you =)

APPLE CRUMBLE

6 apples
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
6 teaspoons butter
Crumble:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats

Method: Peel and slice apples into greased baking dish. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Dot with two teaspoons of the butter. Blend the remaining four teaspoons of butter into brown sugar. Mix and add flour and rolled oats. Spoon mixture over apples. Bake at 350%F. for 15mins. Uncover and bake until crust is golden and apples are tender (approx. 35 minutes.)
Serve warm or cold with whipped cream. Delicious!


THE BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES(SOFT)

4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups butter, softened
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

(I actually make these with my 5 year old)

Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fine salt
1 (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips, or chunks

Instructions
Evenly position 2 racks in the middle of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees.
If you only have 1 baking sheet, let it cool completely between batches.

Put the butter in a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave on medium power until melted.
(Alternatively melt in a small saucepan.)
Cool slightly. Whisk the sugars, eggs, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.

Whisk the flour, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a wooden spoon; take care not to over mix. Stir in the chocolate chips or chunks.

Scoop heaping tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared pans. Wet hands slightly and roll the dough into balls. Space the cookies about 2-inches apart on the pans. Bake, until golden, but still soft in the center, about 12 to 16 minutes, depending on how chewy or crunchy you like your cookies. Transfer hot cookies with a spatula to a rack to cool. Serve.



APPLE CRUMB CAKE

2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients, add butter; mix well. Pat crumbs into 9 x 15 inch pan. Save 1 cup crumbs for the top of cake.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all of above except vanilla. Boil to form a paste. Add vanilla. To this add 5-6 cups of raw apples, peeled and sliced. Mix well and pour over crumb crust. Top with remaining crumbs; sprinkle top with a bit of cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees

Can't help with the crumble, but Crisco Golden Shortening has best chocolate chip recipe (if you like them soft and chewy) on their box. If not on the box, try their website. Good luck.

I really like the Nestle toll house cookie recipe that is printed on the package of nestle semi sweet chips.

The real, the original, the authentic Nestle Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 cups (12-ounce package) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1 cup chopped nuts

COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE in preheated 375-degree [Fahrenheit] oven for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

PAN COOKIE VARIATION: PREPARE dough as above. Spread into greased 15"x10" jelly-roll pan. Bake in preheated 375-degree [Fahrenheit] oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
