get something like a pair of scrubbie gloves (any womens bath shop has them, many drug stores too) and use them with a soap called "panoxyl" - it used to be RX only but now its over the counter. Works great, and the gloves help exfoliate dead skin so that the medicine gets deeper into the pores.
Use Stridex pads every night too
Those two things helped me a lot.

You might not have the normal "teen" acne. It could be cystic acne or another condition called Rosacea. I had acne as a teenager myself, and thought it would never disappear. There is also "post-adolescent stress acne" that comes and goes, and that can continue your whole life. For the most part, my acne disappeared when I was about 19, and only occasionally re-appeared when I was under stress and then only a now-and-then zit would pop up. At 40, however, I developed Rosacea, although I have a very mild form that's under control. Your best best is to find a good dermatologist who will be able to discover the root cause of your skin problem and help you address it. In the short term, keep your face clean and your hands away from your face. Do NOT pick at your blemishes. Use only non-comedogenic products. Good luck!

I had the same problem, for years. It really pissed me off that I should have been more popular, except for the pimples. I am smart and funny, but they just ate away at my self-esteem. I was determined to get rid of them by hook or by crook.

I tried a whole bunch of things like proactive and others but nothing seemed to work. I tried a few different books and ebooks and nothing helped. Then, I read an awesome e-book that will teach you all the home remedies that you will need to get rid of acne permanently. At first I thought it was too expensive, but then I realized that I pay this much like every month for pimple medicine and washes, and this was a one time thing. Best decision I ever made! Not only did it help me stop getting pimples, it also helped clear up my onld pimple scars, which were really pissing me off!

I tried some books from my dermatologist, but they didn't help me, plus I kept on forgetting to return them to the library. The best thing about the ebook is that i downloaded it right away, and i had the copy forever.

See a dermatologist. He/she will be able to diagnose your case exactly and prescribe a medicated solution. In the mean time, drink enough water (8 - 10 glasses a day) wash the affected area with medicated soap and avoid fatty foods and chocolate.

Good Luck!
