Get a really good quenching conditioner. like a leave in deep protien treament. Redken extreme is the best! they make a protien spay as well. Second use Renken all soft it won't make your hair so crunchy. Third after you have given your hair a rest (like 5 days to a week) put a semi perm. color in your hair to match what you want the color to be. (like if you want blonde get a blonde semi perm) with no peroxide. this will act as a filler for your hair. keep building up the protien and it will feel back to normal soon. Good luck sweetie

if you have fried your hair you have to cut it off to get rid of the problem. if you are not willing to do that, you must stop bleaching it. if you are not willing to stop bleaching it, only bleach the regrowth from no on to not further damage the existing hair. deep condition. if you have friends that dye or bleach their hair see if you can score some of the conditioner from the dye kit. leave some in over night and then just shampoo. Tea tree oil is super good. you can get it in shampoo and conditioner from the drugstore. i use umm...holistics i think it is. good stuff

A REALLY HYDRATING SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONING REGIMEN. Trust me. I get my hair japanese straightened and colored and it used to be sooo dry. I started using Sunsilk Hydra TLC (the pink bottles) and i used the deep conditioning stuff twice a week and my hair is now shiny and soft. NO MORE DAMAGE!!! My stylist was in shock when he saw my hair after I used Sunsilk!

use olive oil. apply it before you wash your hair, then put the shower cap for abt 30 mins, then wash your hair, do it everyday for one week

or u can apply it before you sleep, then wake up and wash your hair, that is more effective
