the other way, saying he deserved it? This happened a long time ago to my brother's friend. (he was 16 abused since 7)
You can be annoyed by my posting all these questions. They just sort of came up in a topic today and I'd like to know what you think. I come from a bad neighborhood.

I would protect my child no matter what. I dont care who the h**l he is husband/father or not, I am not gonna sit there and let anyone abuse by child. I would try kill anyone who laid a finger on my child and call the police b4 I do it so they willknow what to expect when they get ther. I dont go for nothing like that. And if any parent will sit there and watch then they shouldnt have a child in their care if you are going to sit there and let them be abused.

Oh my God, the poor child. I would help my child in any way I can...even if it meant leaving the man I love because of it. It simply is not right for any parent to abuse their child in any way!
What bothers me is how many women actually turn a blind eye or simply say the child deserves it. Men that abuse their children whether it be sexually or physically are in my eyes cowards...and women that turn a blind eye are just as cowardly as their partners/husbands.

Im sorry, but noone deserves to be abused. NOt in any way. I think that as a parent your job is to protect your son. In every way. If anyone should have stepped in .. it should have been you. Your son now resents it and that why it came out! he is going to need counseling now. I will keep you in my prayers as well as your son!

If my husband "abused" my son -he'd be gone!! No child "deserves" to be abused physically or mentally!! There is never, ever any excuse for that!

Of course I would help my son if I were in that position. Why on earth would I look the other way? How COULD I just look the other way??? It is one of our duties as human beings to protect children - to not do so makes one less than human.

If anyone abused my son for any reason...I would take my son and leave. Or even call police. My thinking on this one is...kids come first..NO MATTER WHAT!

My kids come first in EVERY situation; if I found out my child was being abused I'd make sure it stopped....no matter what.

i'll get him help.
if it's an abuse, therefore it's not right.. the boy needs help.
if still encountering such--> if u think u can help him and willing, then do it so.. maybe u could be one of the good factors to make things better.. =)

if my husband was abusing my son i would leave him, seek full custody of my son and request that my husband have to go to court ordered counceling before being able to see his son again

Are you kidding?! I would protect my children with my life and do anything in my power to keep them from harms way. I would die for them! Anyone who wouldn't protect their own is a lowlife in my book!
