I think that disorder is called scitzophrenia. It's when your very dillusional. You may obsess over someone that doesn't even know you exist. You may have a relationship with them in your mind but in reality you really don't. Sometimes stalkers have this disorder. You may go from one extreme to the next. Most of the time people with the disorder don't have a social life so they make one up in their mind which they believe to be true. It may be a combination of compulsions, obsessions and possibly bi-polar disorder. I'm no Psychiatrists but I do a lot of research. Hope this helps.

could very easily be psychosis. probably not schitzophrenia because that is more a 'fractured mind' than anything else. psychotics have two parts of their mind, like the rest of us, reality and fantasy. most people have an equal balance of both. but psychosis is when the fantasy mind has expanded and taken over the whole mind. it can be scary and dangerous! for example, the columbine high massacre, the boys that carried out the massacre, were psychotic, and had they been correctly treated, it could have saved many many lives!

anyway, now im just rambling on... well i hope this was helpful for you!
