Help where can i get it and how do i make them?

Question

I call them Rosettes but basically all i know is that there made with different irons and batter in oil.......and then you put icing sugar on top. I want to know where i can buy something like this and how to make them...PLEASE HELP!!

I know what you are talking about and I have them myself, just never have learned how to use them myself. But any way, I bought my at Wal-Mart. Look in the baking section or where the pots and pans are or where the cooking utensils are at. They will be in one of these place. But try the cooking utensil area first.
