A good diet and exercise is beneficial for a diabetic person , I have been diabetic since 1992 . I would suggest first a mile or two walk and then go from there.
I found that a mile walk helped lower my glucose levels by about 40 points. However before you start any exercise program you should talk to your Doctor

"Some form of regular exercise is likely to be beneficial in most patients with diabetes, even those with advanced, long-standing disease. However, as with any other behavioral change, the patient needs to be enthusiastic and realistic. For those over age 35 years, who have had diabetes for more than 10 years, a complete physical examination and exercise stress test should be done prior to beginning an exercise program. It is now well established that sudden exercise in sedentary subjects can precipitate myocardial infarction"

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Exercise is a useful tool to help manage your diabetes. Through physical activity, you can more effectively control your blood sugar, weight and cardiovascular health.
Besides improving your overall level of fitness, long-term regular exercise — 30 minutes most days of the week — can help manage your blood sugar (glucose) and weight, and improve your cardiovascular health.
Along with a healthy-eating plan, regular exercise can reduce your need for glucose-lowering medication. In fact, some people with type 2 diabetes manage their diabetes through diet and exercise alone.
Thinking about adding exercise to your diabetes treatment regimen? Deepen your understanding of how exercise affects your diabetes. Assess possible limitations, and keep your blood sugar on track as you increase your activity level.
