Weight loss is not instant. It takes time and patience. Eat right, drink plenty of water, and do cardio.

Don't eat anything but 2 high concentration Omega 3 fish pills, and two fruits for safe carbs to help your body process and burn fat.
Then drink a lot of very caffenated iced tea (caffeine is the main ingredient in many metabolizer pills): caffeine accelerates metabolism. Also drink a tall glass of vegetable juice which is loaded with metabolizing vitamin C without the fat-gaining sugar in high vitamin C orange juice.

30 minutes after this breakfast do a fairly hard paced aerobic workout, very easy for the first 20 minutes fairly hard (IE 140 beats per minute + heart rate) for 20 more minutes.

At lunch time do strength training for 45 minutes and eat some light fish (IE tilapia) afterwards to help rebuild torn muscle.

About 2 hours after lunchtime, have another slice of fruit and do the workout above, but after the first very easy 20 minues get your heart rate at nearly 155-160 and keep it that way until you have done 1 hour 30 minutes total of exercise.

Then don't eat for the rest of the day except light fish like tilapia (one fillet = 100 cals) for dinner and have dinner early IE 5:00-6:00pm and don't eat anything besides maybe a light amount of vegetables before you go to bed.

You should eat no more than 500 total calories that day and burn around 2000 by normal activity, another 750 for the first workout, and another 2000 or so through the second workout. Add that to effects of caffeine and energy needed for rebuild muscle you tore in the workout and you'll approach around 8000 calories or a bit over 2 pounds burned a day.

Repeat for 2-3 days (4-5 if you only do the running exercises every other day) and you'll have 5 lbs weight loss. Repeat for a couple of years and you might be ready for the olympics. :-)

Well sweetie, if you want to lose pounds off quickly, but think about it, the faster you lose pounds the twice and the twice faster you will gain back.....so think about SLOW losing but also firm up muscles.
I would recommend doing Cardio or running (on the elliptical, treadmill injures the knees and the ankles.) three times a week or every morning and do dancing every night and morning or either.
Eat a healthy diet. (NO CARBS, that includes Bread, pop, candy, chips, cake, noodles, so on etc).
and remember, when you work good long minutes until you're sweating and your side's hurting or you feel tired, well the truth is your body is lying to you. It is just stopping you from getting the right amount of exercise. Your body is devious liar. So whenever you're running, when you get tired or pain in your side, PUSH past it think about something else than running think about something you like think about ice cream think about snowboarding/skiing or whatever but just keep on going and you'll burn more calories than you'll think. Also if you eat only three regular meals a day, thats about 4-5 hours in between, your body will think you're starving yourself so it will store fat AND when you eat, it will store even more fat so you want to eat just enough to trick your body into thinking that you're going to eat all the time and that it needs to burn alot of calories, so just eat about 6 small meals a day be sure to get enough protein/fruit/vegetables and drink 8 or more glasses of water everyday and exercise daily. (Dancing is known as the best exercise and the most strongest and fastest fat burner.) I wish you all of the best luck. Ciao-

Run for 30 minutes a day and eat low fat food. You'll lose weight fast but not instantly.

it is a fact that the human body has from 5-22 lbs. of fecal matter still inside your body.so if you get a good cleansing salution you will prob.lose the amount you desire.

instantly is never good, cuz that isnt healthy...water weight is pretty easy to lose though, like in a sauna...and that is pretty quick, but then you will get dehydrated

there isnt a way to lose that much weight quickly unless you want gout.

My dear , if there were quick & healthy ways to lose fat/weight. then this world would not have any fat/obese people . Right? Think it over !!!!!!!!!!!
