there's no such thing as a quick way to loose weight...
you have to take the hard road to achieve what you want
and that include's weight loss my friend...
regular exercise and a balance diet should do the trick,
i know it's not easy.... but it's possible right?
well if you really want to take the express way you need to undergo lyposuction! and that ain't cheap.
if you have the money then go for it!
but before you do, think whether it's worth the price...
by the way you still need to exercise and follow a balance your diet after the operation so that you could maintain the figure...
so i guess either ways your facing the same road after all...

Weight loss is not meant to be quick. You must be patient and have self determination to reach your goals. I myself have lost 40 pounds but it took over 6 months. Ideal weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.
To begin, look at your eating habits. Eat all 3 meals of the day and a snack or two inbetween meals. DONT SKIP MEALS!! The food pyramid (yes, its been around forever it seems like) is actually a very good guide as to what to be eating and how much. (Lots of fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains, dairy, minimal sugars and fats) Also look at your portion sizes. Don't take more than you need and don't overstuff yourself at every meal. Yes, candies, chips and other not so good foods look tempting but try as best as you can to resist them as much as possible. A little bit is okay but keep it in moderation.
Cardio is an excellent way to burn calories and fat. 30 minutes every other day is good. Keep your exercise routine fun and fresh to keep your motivation high. Do some weight lifting, yoga, pilates, even dance is a great workout.

There are no quick fixes for weight loss that can be maintained for a long term.
If you want to loose weight and keep it off it is hard work. You have to have it in your heart and in your mind that you need it more than anything else in the world. In order to loose weight and keep it off you have to exercise and eat right all the time. Otherwise it will do you no good in the long run.

The best way to lose pounds is to do a low carb high protein diet with at least 30 minutes of cardio each day. Plus, adding some herbal supplement can really help. Another tip, try to dance, it burns calories like crazy.

Go on a sensible diet, and excerise as much as you can, but dont try to lose the weight to fast or you will really get sick. The normal weight to lose is 2-3 lbs a week. This dont sound like a lot , but just keep working at and before you know the 20lbs. are gone. Losing weight can really be frustrating but I know you can do this. Good Luck.

Take low calorie food. Don’t be a carnivores or pulserian. Be a vegetarian only. After taking meal just take black tea (Tea without milk) and see the result!!!!
Keep your stomach full but of low calorie foods only, once again.
