Symptoms, as of right now, my legs are in CONSTANT pain, numbness, blue cold, and pale, inability to move, constant shaking when bending my knee. Mind you I've NEVER had leg problems. it just started Monday night and is gradually getting worse. My friends are afraid of blood clots and or some serious symptom. Does this sound like something along those lines?

I went to the ER finally. I have Fibrositis, which isn't all that serious. So I'm pretty happy.

Hi THere

Im not going to say its this or that, the bottom line is you need Blood Circlulation. That is the key to healing any issue and you need to get new blood cells to your legs. Internally the king is cayenne pepper. Eat as many peppers you can handle to get the blood flowing. Raw ginger root (tea) is also a great circulator.

But the most effective idea is called Hydrotherapy. Here is how to do it.

Using hot and cold water to generate blood circulation where the body needs it most. THis process has been used for thousands of years and proved to be one of the most productive. Hot water brings blood to the surface and cold water surpresses it downward, in turn generating new blood cells into the diseased part of the body. Ideally, you also want to use pressure (like strong showerheads) to penetrate the body's depths for quicker results.

I would start by getting a bucket of hot water (hot as you can take it) and an ice filled bucket of water. Just go back and forth with each bucket about a minute each. Do this 10 times or so. Do this 2-3 times a day for as long as it takes to heal.

Or you could use the showers for this method with the hot and cold water. Rotate the temp back and forth for a minute each.

Believe me this works!!! You can heal any issue by applying this method daily!

Email me any questions.

Best of health to you

Get to a doctor NOW. It could be a clot (deep vein thrombosis is a severe clot in the legs) - clots break off and can travel to your lung or brain. That will kill you. (I had a horrid DVT scare before) Treatment is they just give you lots of IV blood thinners, but they MUST do an ultrasound of your leg to make sure there is't a clot. Its completely painless test (and is actually really neat to watch your veins on the screen!)

Okay? Get off the computer and get to a hospital. Right. Now. It could be nothing, it could be something life-threatening. Do you really want to chance it? GO NOW. Please!

Get to a dr as fast as you can. You need to be checked out really bad. It could be something to do with a disk in youre back, it could be a blood clot, it could be poor circulation. But I am no dr.

Please take your friends advice and get this checked out right now. This is not normal at all. Its very important for your own health that you go to the ER...or at least call them....

It may be nothing at all but you are better safe than sorry...I am sure your family would love to have you here for Christmas with them.
