How many ounces (oz) of water should one drink per day?

It depends on your body intake, burner, and your metabolism. Most adults 18 and older need 10 glasses or more water everyday. Teenagers 18 to 12 needs 8 glasses or more of water everyday. Children 12 and under needs about 6 glasses of water everyday. But, it also depends on how many activities and how hard you do them. The harder the activity is the MORE water you'll need. Maybe try fruit drinks if you get sick of water. Ciao hope this helps.

"Experts say-one half of your body weight..i.e if you weigh 150 lbs one half of that is 75 lbs divided by 16 ounces = 4.69 OR in terms of an 8 oz glass= 9.38---10 - 8 oz glasses of water a day!

They recommend 6-8 8oz. glasses per day. You can do it if you drink a glass before and during breakfast, lunch and dinner, and then fill in the blanks form there.
