It depends on your body intake, burner, and your metabolism. Most adults 18 and older need 10 glasses or more water everyday. Teenagers 18 to 12 needs 8 glasses or more of water everyday. Children 12 and under needs about 6 glasses of water everyday. But, it also depends on how many activities and how hard you do them. The harder the activity is the MORE water you'll need. They recommend 6-8 8oz. glasses per day. You can do it if you drink a glass before and during breakfast, lunch and dinner, and then fill in the blanks form there.
