Whey is properly spelled buey, but most Mexicans don't pronounce the b hard enough for a gringo ear to hear it. It means ox, or dummie in its daily use. Pendejo means stupid. You spelled this one correctly.

Wuey and pendejo both mean pretty much the same thing. Dumba$s. But wuey is also used as like "homie".
