Since you are at work and you don't want to take any pain medication. I really don't know. Migraines usually don't affect the neck area. Could be more like a tension headache.
Sometime you can get a headache because you haven't eaten. You may be dehydrated and just need to get some fluids. It could be due to your posture, especially if you are at a computer screen or in a certain position for long periods of time.
But if it truly is a migraine, You will get no relief unless you go home and lay down in a dark cool room. Taking over the counter pain medicine(Advil) will also help if you take it now. If you wait too long...it will only get worse and harder to get rid of.

What you describe is a pronounced inflammatory condition of the 6th &7th cranial nerves, as well as the sub-occipital region. This inflammatory process can involve all 12 of the cranial nerves if allowed to progress to that degree..
If you stand with your feet together and shut your eyes, you will experience what is causing the distortions, sufficiently to bring about these symptoms. There is a particular point of stress which culminates in bringing pressure to an area and setting off the inflammatory process.
Perhaps you should check with a doctor of Chiropractic (when headache is in remission) and find out what your problem really is. Then have it treated accordingly.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

You wouldn't be able to work with a true migraine! You've probably got a headache due to stress. Try and take a break from the computer - the screen won't be doing you any favours.

this probably wont work, but supposedly squeezing the flap of skin between your thumb and first finger, the kinda meaty part, has a pressure point that may relieve the migrane, but ive never done it and i always just pass out for over a day.
