what are the casues of severe heart palpitation, shakiness in body, feeling like fainting and headache?

i had an abortin 1 year ago.. after that only i developed this kind of problem,

If you are dizzy or faint when rising from sitting to standing it could be that your blood pressure is far to low. (Normal is 120/80) But with the heart palpitations and headache it could also be that your blood sugar is too low. Have you ever been checked for diabetes? Have you checked your B/P lately? I don't know how far you were along when you had the abortion, but some ladies, for whatever reason become diabetics during their pregnancy and USUALLY lose it after the pregnancy is terminated. If this has been going on for a while I would very earnestly advise you to see your local or family doctor to get it checked out. Severe heart palpitations are serious and they could be caused by either of the things mentioned above.

Go to the DOCTOR! I had similar symptoms. I thought I was havintg a heart attack. I went into the emergency room. Come to find out I had an overactive Thyroid. The Thyroid can effect just about everything in your body. I now have Graves Disease because of the Thyroid problem. Graves has cause so many problems in my body. Just had my 4th eye surgery on Friday. My eyes bugged out like a frog due to the disease. See the doctor and be sure to ask for a Thyroid test. Insist on it. Thyroid is often mis diagnosed for other things.

Sounds like an anxiety attack. best to go to your doctor to rule out something physical just in case. Anxiety attacks can be triggered by other medical problems (like thyroid disease for instance) so ask for a complete physical exam.

Could be alot of things. Get to the doctor! When I first read it though, it sounded to me like a panic attack. But it could be alot more serious.
