In relation to the usage of office room in Bintaro by your company, we (lessor) hereby want to take possesion of the use of the said room again.

It does make sense....but only if you speak legalese.
I means they wish to retain ownership of a thing that can not be owned.....like a common room or a clubhouse that is there for many different people to use. It's a kin to saying they wish to change management.

They want you to leave the room you are currently renting because you're lease has expired and they want you OUT!

This is a poor attempt at using "lawyer's English" ... "to take possession of the use of something" is redundant in English, for once you take possession of something, you have use of it.
