a friend of mine lost her vcard to this guy who claims he likes her and vice versa. Yet she says she can only see an physical attraction to him..i asked her to tell me one thing besides sex and she couldn't even do that..She says she knows there is umthn in here deep down in her heart that she can offer him..wut should i advise her?

If sex is all a relationship is based on then it's not worth it. There are so many more things you can enjoy in a loving relationship. Sex just feels so right if you love the person and vice versa.

Let it be...they'll figure out the nature of their relationship on their own. Sex IS a relationship, but of course not the only kind. If that's all they've got and they are both enjoying themselves, then their relationship is just fine.
