Yeast infections are not very serious but quite uncomfortable and annoying. If you are certain that what you have is indeed a yeast infection, you should treat it accordingly before you begin to suffer symptoms.

It does not matter if it itches or not, get it treated. The school where am teaching has recently been treated to a women only meeting because someone with an infection of some sort is passing it on via the toilets. I'm not saying you are irresponsible, but you know you have to get it fixed, you will feel better knowing you are fine.

I don't know if it's serious but you deffinitly don't want it to get serious! If you don't want to use a nasty cream just go commando for awhile. That was way hard for me at first, but once I got past it, it was no big deal. Hope that helps.
