Newquay is my hometown!

January it's very quiet!!! not much to do but walk across windswept beaches and windy headlands...

youve got a choice of nightclubs and Bars, a few new restaurants have opened up - along with Rick Stein's if you fancy driving the 15/20mins to Padstow

if you want a good hotel i'd advise the Victoria - which is a converted war time hospital in the centre of town if not theres loaads of b & b s catering for everyone...

to get there if you dont fancy driving they've just improved the airport with cheap flights (although they charge you £5 development fee when you leave)

p.s bring a warm coat and some old shoes along with a good moisturiser and eyedrops!!! - salty water ruins the skin!

The Duchess of Cornwall makes use of that call, however she legally IS the Princess of Wales, because of the fact of public feeling approximately her husband's first spouse Princess Diana. It did not circulate down properly that they have been having an affair and Diana replaced into an exceedingly time-honored parent. it would have long previous down even much less properly to apply the overdue Diana's call. So in actuality this is quite PR and there are nonetheless people who do not in undemanding terms like the Duchess of Cornwall and notice her as Charles's nasty mistress. for an identical reason, it replaced into introduced while they have been married that when Charles will become king, she would be waiting to be prevalent not as Queen yet as Princess Consort. I agree, it replaced right into an prolonged time in the past now however the smart factor to do now she's applying the call Duchess of Cornwall is to stick with it and not make a factor of changing to the call she is legally entitled to. Push will come to shove while Charles inherits the throne. At that factor the Duchess of Cornwall will grow to be Queen Camilla and that i wish via then the rustic is mature sufficient to settle for it, so they are able to circulate back on that fact approximately Princess Consort. it is going to truly resolve a logistical subject with the coronation - traditionally the Queen is topped alongside the King (Queen Elizabeth II replaced into topped by myself because of the fact her husband, on the time, replaced into in undemanding terms a Duke) and there is not any precedent for crowning a Princess Consort.

Enjoy.
