I've lost over 100 lbs and my mother has lost 50. My skin is looking more normal then it did at first, it's not quite tight but it doesn't wiggle like jello anymore. Mom's does, but she's in her mid 60's so that has to do with age and the amount of elasticity in the skin.
I haven't checked into it personally but I've heard from several people that certain burn centers will perform the surgery to remove the excess skin for free if you donate the skin to the burn victims. It's worth checking into.. and congrats on your weight loss.

85 pounds? Wow. Congratulations with that. I recon that's all skin right? Well, I suggest you give it time I'm sure you're skin will get back into position again if not then I think surgery is the only way to go.

I wish but no. You would need surgery. I'm 60 & I've decided not to lose weight for that reason; I can't afford the surgery. I'm sorry.
