for a few months or so, I find that I often feel it difficult to breathe...in that I often (more than I should) get the urge to yawn, you know that feeling where you can't get a yawn out? Well, I feel like that many times throughout the day. What is this? Should I be seeing a doctor? Am I having panic attacks? I am starting to become really stressed out about it...please help!

It could be shallow breathing, due to stress or mild anxiety. Deeper breathing is relaxing. Try to focus on slow, paced nasil in, mouth out, breathing for 8 - 10 breathes when you get that feeling.

Sounds to me like you have not done enough deep breathing and your lungs are starting to suffer. Try yoga if not for the exercise for the deep breathing techniques. I promise it helps with so many different things. Yoga fights flab by Glenda Twining is an excellent book.

Sounds to me like you have seasonal asthma. I discovered I had it about two years ago. My Doctor recommended a couple inhalers and that took care of the problem.
