it seems that a lot of people think they are special little children of god who are looked after every minute of every day, and they have "the truth" that nooobody else has this so they are above other people. I think the sooner people realize that humans are just another animal that we can get along better, happy hanukkah.

Yes, and you can feel like a special child of God, too. All you need to do is repent and accept Jesus and then learn more about him through the Church that He established 2,000 years ago, the Catholic Church.

I don't feel like Christianity makes me feel more special than anyone else. It makes me understand that I was loved long before I was born and will be long after I am gone. It also lets me know that I am never alone no matter how alone I feel at times, God is always with me. It isn't a secret truth, as you call it, it is a well known fact. If you choose not to believe it for yourself that is your choice. Just because we choose to believe it doesn't make feel above other people. I truly believe that we can all get along regardless of our beliefs. A big Merry Christmas to you also!!!!

Sorry, but I am Christian and I don't think I am any better than you. I have different beliefs, obviously than you, but that doesn't make me better or more special. We are all looked after. I might feel better than some because I have God in my life, but in truth, we are all the same in God's eyes.. he loves us all the same, and we are all sinners and mess up every day with something. Maybe you think we act more special because you see a good difference in us.

I believe that I am special becuase God loves me, not because he looks over me anymore than he does anyone else. I have been taught that God has no respect of persons...He doesn't favor me over anyone else in this world. We are all the same in His eyes.

I believe that people these days pick and choose what they want out of the bible and christianity. If they think they are so special, perhaps they should look back intime Christians have caused more bloodshed in history than any other religion. It is okay to have a religion and respect it, and respect others who don't believe.
