I got my (now ex-)boyfriend a personalized (engraved) zippo lighter last christmas. Even though he isn't much of a smoker, he absolutely flipped over it. I still keep in touch with him and it's the one thing that he's never without.

Maybe a good boxer that have the same design as your lingerie,so both of you can wear it on special night.

i got him a desk calendar of the different sunset views in the world. I also got him a personalised postage stamp of our photo.
