Our purpose is the same as everyone else. To live, raise a family and try to be happy. We just don't waste any of our life worshiping something that was just made up by men in the first place.

If you don't believe and trust in what the Lord Jesus Christ did for you on the cross then you have no purpose in life. He died for you sins, He was buried and took your sins away and He rose again the third day for your justification.. 1 Corinthians 15: 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 1 Corinthians 15: 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
If you believe and trust in Allah you will send yourself to hell. He can't save you because you are still in your sins. Romans 5: 12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

My purpose to live is to experience all that I can, possibly God someday. But for right now I try to make life better for those around me by being nice and caring. What's so wrong with that?

As a christian, I know that life is meaningless and worthless without God as the center of our lives and the Lord King to be adored is Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Anointed ONE, as foretold and promised by the Prophets of israel. Our Lord Jesus tells us in His Gospel: " I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the bright morning star."

Life without God is unthinkable and vain and futile. We are here only temporary for a testing and then after death, our REAL life begins in the REAL existence with the Lord. this world is only a passing delusion.

Your only purpose in life is to worship an idea? That sounds like a pretty empty life to me.

Of course, I don't believe we have a purpose in life - life is what we make of it, and since I believe we only get once shot at it, I wouldn't want to deprive anyone of enjoying their own one shot at life. That's why I don't do anything to hurt other people.

I do believe in God, but I would think if you don't believe in God, then your purpose in life would be pleasure i.e., hedonism. Still, I think you benefit from being a nice person. Because, what comes around goes around, don't you think?
