Exercise,,,, Depending on your weight and what you have to loose eating salads only is a bad Idea... Putting oil and salt on it will just make it worse...
It comes down to exercise... Walking jogging simple work out...
If you go the salad plan Stay away from any oil based Dressing No mayo or Mayo based dressing because thats Oil and eggs...
Mix your salads up.. Use Pepper to spice it NO extra salt...
morning salad::: some bacon (real bacon) lettuce, veggies, top it off with a few spoons of ButterMilk Ranch or Catalina...
Lunch :::: little turkey and ham in your mix, dressing remember no Oils see what else is out there... Also NO Redused Fat blends they don't work...
Supper Salad :::: Fruit salad in your Mix that you like... A little vinegerette (yes I know but just a little)
Very little extra Cheese because its still good for you
One thing if you can handle peanutts is a hand full every night after 8pm for a snack... Best is Honey roasted no or lite salted
eat them like each one or a couple at a time... Enough that would fill pocket pack...
Remember if you feel like eating a real meal every once in a while do it.. Just not fryed and make sure you get some protien in there.... Stay away from fast food slalds if they say they are out you want to order something off the menu....
Afternoon snack OJ and slimfast bar (1) or yogurt with fruit...
Good Luck... And if you have a big family get together for the holidays eat a good meal with every one just don't over do the leftovers...

Well that depends if you like to splurge on salad dressings/crutons/ etc. Because the greens are good for you, it's the dressing and extra's that put the weight on you. I suggest cutting back on the oil and salt (Salt retains water, which makes you heavier.) and use a little bit of dressing. (1-2 tbs) and maybe crutons once a week, depending on you weight loss goals. To get the most of your goal, I suggest getting in the 8 glasses of water a day, that will flush out impurities. But don't just eat only salad. It's okay for awhile, but you need your protein from meats. So refer to the food chart to see what you need to ensure a proper, safe diet.

you probably will not lose a lot of weight because your body will not get the proper nutrition. You need protein, a little carbs and vitamins. Salad is a lot of water and not a lot of nutrients. Try 4-5 small balanced meals a day with moderate exercise 4 times a week. This will help you to lose weight. Make sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day also!

Your weight will drop dramatically. However you won't be getting all the nutrients you need. And worse you will be training your body to turn every calorie into fat because it would need to do that to survive. So unless you plan on taking protein supplements and eating salad for the rest of your life (Because you are going to gain it all back once you eat something else) I suggest you go on a healthy diet: six small meals a day. Lean meats, lots of fruits and vegetables, and of course exercise.

be careful dieting on only eating salads, your body needs other nutrients too, fruits and veggies are good for you but your body also needs protein. i lost alot of weight by eating skinless chicken and turkey, vegetables (all kinds) and fruits (fresh fruits) the fruits will help with the sweet tooth cravings. eat 8 small meals a day that way you can burn it off faster by walking or running. good luck on the diet and i wish you well on reaching your goals, as a support you can email me anytime at cthdunn@yahoo.com just make sure you put diet in the subject.

Depends on the other toppings. You should do fine with losing weight but you'll get sick quickly of eating salads.

are u nuts? you can't live on just salad! unless you are putting in eggs, cheese, chicken, lots of veggies besides plain lettuce
oil & salt doesn't sound like a very good salad dressing -- why not try one of the vinegerette types -- they have flavor and not so much oil.
