We're not dating or anything but i want to hang out w/ him at his house and at night because i get hyper at night and he says he does too, i just think it'd be fun. Of course if something more happened that'd be fine w/ me haha

How old are you? You better tell your parents your plan and see if they approve.If your young then BAD IDEA! your sacked.
Now if you are mature enough and you said if it goes further, then I believe that you are really looking for it and using being hyper as an excuse to get laid. Nothing wrong with that if you really like each other but then,my dear,nowadays you can get AIDS for being promiscous.Be careful!
Better yet stay on the phone or the internet and have sex there-either way you will both have fun and hyperactivity but bottomline it is safe ! :) Is that what you really want?HAHAHAHA!
Sexual and emotional maturity comes with age so if you are young tell him to hang out at night and tell your Dad to take something to make him hyper as well then you 3 hang out together? ANOTHER BAD IDEA? LOL

If you just want to hang out, no problem. Spending the night at a friend's house is always fun. As long as you want to hang out, it's cool, just don't go expecting something that may not happen. And hyper is the way to be!!

I have stayed the night at a guy's house and nothing happened, we hung out and it was fine. Of course, now we are dating. Don't get intimate if there is to be some kind of relationship don't let it just be physical.

The answer to your initial question is hanging out is not a problem as long as its ok with your folks and his folks, but I sure wouldn't push the limits because hormones know no limits.
