Let me see after driving on the wrong side of the road at high speeds, and running though a fence and flipping the car, he wants anyone to beleive he was just standing them cursed an officer,
Read the report and find out what really happened, we all know he had to also try to get away and had to be physcially detained.
Police hit the arms, body and legs with thier baton, they don't hit over the head ( had they did, he would be unconscience, not still standing)

Guy was lucky he didn't get what is refer ed to as "The Royal Treatment". That's the name given to the beating Rodney KING got. Does the dad have the money to pay for the lawyer? If so then why not. If not the son should just plead guilty and save his family the time and expense. If he has no money of his own the son might try using a Public Defender or go see a civil right organization that might have Pro Bono attorneys willing to take on the case. But all in all the son sound like a real idiot.

Not to be mean or anything your son shouldnt have been trying to be a smartass. Obviously if he was driving on the wrong side of the road speeding and flipped the car several times totaling it I think the police officer would be pretty ticked off. You have to see if your son is telling the whole truth. No matter what the police shouldnt have been so rude and beat him. And i have never heard of a uninspected vehicle. Get an attorney..in this country you can sue anyone for anything even if your at fault.. lol.. :)

Can't this 32 year old son afford his own lawyer?
If not, and you're the father, and can afford it, get the lawyer. It sounds like the Cops/DA may be inflating the charges because of the nature of the offense(s). It sounds like the officer broke his own wrist (while striking the son?).
Police really don't like chases or suspects that swear at them and/or resist arrest. Sounds like the police may have been meating out some instant justice. Then again, their actions may have been justified.

It is not a matter of him "understanding" police protocol. It is a matter of him not giving a hell even if he does. However, yes I would hire him a lawyer because in my guess, the officer had no reason to punch him especially with six other officers on the scene to assist. I would get him the best legal representation possible.....then I would spring for the extra money to get him counseling and anger management. After that, if he does not change wash your hands of his problems and let him figure it out on his own.

Boys are more durable to coach than females. toddlers are at a defiant age once you're potty preparation, so as this is time-honored. when you're tender with any male ensure or have his daddy take him interior the lavatory even as he has to bypass. That way he can see yet another male use the lavatory and he will be more advantageous engaged. in case you're taking him even as he's appearing up, he's gonna insurrection even more advantageous. try a reward gadget. Like provide him a million piece of sweet or a sticky label if he pees and 2 if he is going #2. That way he will appreciate it somewhat than hating going to bypass to the lavatory. also praise him and which will inspire him more advantageous because he's feeling like a "vast boy". wish that permits.

The story sound very fishy to me. Having heard lots of them before, I call BS. I think there is a lot more to it.
Regardless of the story, he is 32 years old. Unless he was with me at church when the police accused him of a murder in another state, he's on the big boy program and can get his own attorney.

You can hire a lawyer if you have extra thousands $$ to waste on that loser. Only what good will it make? The lawyer might (or might not) get for him a lesser sentence; and as soon as he will be released, he will get into trouble again. It's time for him to grow up and learn how to clean up his own mess.

Hes' thirty F***ing-two! Time to grow up! I'm sure he's had plenty of chances with daddy bailing him out....which is why he is where he is now instead of being a productive citizen. Let him us the private defender program....they are there for losers like him.
