I need to know the exact phrase not a girl meaning someones name. Thanks.

If by "the exact phrase" you mean "I love a girl," then yes, "J'aime une (jeune) fille" would be the way to say this.

If you are asking "how" in the sense of "in what manner," I would recommend saying this with a great deal of passion. The results will be better. :))

j'aime means I love. If you love a girl named Sara for example, you would say j'aime Sara.
