OK. Its pretty good, just change "can return the stocks remaining at its warehouse," to "STOCK remaining at/in its warehouse."

Use the singular form of stock for merchandise, and the plural form for stock market type stocks. Either at or in is just as good as the other. Great work! Are you ESL?

I would use the word in. This indicates that the stocks are in the possession and protection of Second Party. Yet, at is usable. I believe it will come down to the writer's choice between the two words.
