Is this a joke? I hope so. Gaining weight could negatively affect your health. If you really want to gain weight, I'd say just eat a lot at Christmas and you'll be well on your way. Take that extra serving of turkey or have that second piece of pie. After Christmas, load up on the carbs - lots of white bread and pasta.

I use to be too skinny.. I was called skinny skinny way smaller than a 2x4 who can fit thru' the crack of the Kitchen Door! Well for me I stopped eating meat and I gained weight. Doctors discovered meat was blocking my arteries thereby preventing me from gaining weight!... Doctors said that a little meat is okay but not alot! One can be healthy on a vegetarian diet: lots of fruit, cereal, potassium: bananas or potatos. Lots of dark greens. Also red veggies like tomatos and beats for iron!

If you wan't to attain weight, and construct muscle. You do not wan't to only over consume with junk meals. This will without doubt makeyou fatter, and bad. But if you happen to wan't to attain muscle you are going to must drink a few top protein drink's, shakes, meals. Peanut Butter & Jelly I feel might be a well begin. The Peanut Butter will furnish you with Protein, even as the Jelly has lot's of High Fructose, and Sugars, to aid placed of the load. You would possibly wan't to verify out a few low-priced CVS Pharmacy over-the-counter forms of ordinary herb tablets to aid help the muscle groups. I cannot feel of any names of those forms, however I do recognise they exist, I've heard of persons taking them, and had well outcome while taken in general.
