I had some really good Chinese beans in a restaurant. Heat some oil in a large wok till it's super hot, throw in some minced garlic, quickly throw in the beans and stir fry on high heat till done, but still crunchy. Season to taste.

When cooking fresh green beans, use a large enough pot or microwavable dish to avoid overcrowding them. Be careful not to overcook fresh beans--they should be cooked just until crisp-tender. Overcooking robs them of their bright green color and fresh flavor.

Try boiling or microwaving them. Add some olive oil and a little sea salt. Just use your imagination.
