No! Simply because, looking and acting male isn't enough for me. It would be important that he could physiologically function as a male too.

Its the person you fall in love with not the rest of them. Just be yourself and i am sure if she loves you to then it wont matter. It wouldnt matter to me.

i dont know if i would, but if i did, i dont think it would be a problem for me, dating people should be for who they are, not what they are and if you fall in love with that person, then you fall in love with that person, love is something that has no boundaries, you can't help who you fall for.
