I am sure it wont work. Windows 3.x means that is a very old pc and it does not have the resources needed to run W2k pro. You need a newer pc. And today you can get a new pc for under 400.00 ...Dell ...Tigerdirect.com....HP..Compaq

I would start by putting in the Windows 2000 disk, although the computer probobally isn't powerfull enough to run it.

forget Win2000....load Vista Ultimate or XP Pro....get either of them free from any torrent site such as: http://torrentspy.com/search?query=xp+pro&submit.x=8&submit.y=9
