If you're in cheerleading, you're getting plenty of exercise, why don't you just try eating smaller, healthier meals multiple times a day instead of stopping eating all together? If you stop eating completely, you're going to kill your metabolism and gain more weight (or maintain) in the long run.

You're anorexic so that people can throw you in the air?!?!? If you lost 5 pounds in a day, it was water weight and poop. You're way too thin. Cheerleading isn't worth dying over. Don't end up like Terri Schiavo did!
I just read an article about a woman who did production design for Madonna for years, who has something called Gaucher's disease. It makes her bones break, and her liver swell to where she looks pregnant, and her thyroid swell so she has to wear a scarf every day, and lots of other terrible things. She's lived this way for over 30 years and is successful and has a wonderful, good-looking husband who met her after she already had this awful disease. She has a good attitude and a love for life and that's what's pulled her through. You have a beautiful healthy body, so FEED IT!

heyyyy so heres the thing. if your 75 pounds and your bases cant lift you then they have problems. basically they must be pretty weak not to be able to lift 75 pounds. what do you have, like 4 or 5 bases? thats just sad if they cant lift you.
mmmk and another thing, its not worth dying (seriously....) to be a cheerleader anyway.
it sounds to me like u dont really want to lose weight. stop and think for a little bit. do you REALLY want to do this? you dont have to lose any weight at all and plus since your short your actually @ an ok weight (you could stand to gain a few pounds but w/e...as long as you start getting healthy) seriously, weight is OK. if you ask any sane guy he would rather have a healthy, athletic, NOT anorexic/gross looking girl. trust me on this.
so heres mi suggestion. next time at cheer practice, if your teammates complain about you being "too heavy" just look em in the eye and say..."ok, heres the thing. if you can't lift my effing 75 pound body then you have the problem, not me. so i suggest you go hit the gym and lift some weights or else im gonna quit the team b/c im not gonna starve myself just because your too weak to lift me. and then you wont have any flyer at all, ok? so stop complaining." or at least that's what i would say if i was in your situation. k good luck girl.

First of all if your 4'9" and 75 pounds and your lifters are having a hard time tell them to go to the gym because if you lose any more weight your going to blow over. They need to work on their upper body strength. Don't lose another pound!!!

I'm guessing that you are a teenager. DON'T STOP EATING!!!! You're still growing and you need all the protein, minerals vitamins, etc. that you can get to keep your body in top condition, especially being an athlete. Anorexia can do terrible things to your body. It doesn't just make you skinny.......it can destroy your ability to have babies, make hair grow on your face and wreck your digestive tract. It can KILL you. If you think you're gaining too much weight, talk to your doctor about SAFE weight control.

oh god girl.Uhm i know exactly how you feel.really i do.adnjust yesterday i started eating again because of people answering my question on here.Its really bd to stop eating .Trust me.I didnt eat for a week staright.I almost fainted and i started getting pale.I didnt look as pretty as i usually did.Not eatin can really mess it up.One day you are going to be in cheerleading and your going to be running and jumping and your gunna pass out.You need food in your body to give you energy.Also your bones start to get weak.And your hair gets all unhealthy.I recomend you to at least eat a salad for lunch and sum crackers before your day(BREAKFAST) kk baby gurl byes

You want to be one of those nasty skeleton girls walking down the halls that look like when you bump into them they will snap in half? Eat something! If you want to loose weight then loose it the normal way.

trust me you dont want to be anorexic i am taller than you i am 5'2" and i weight the same and it took a big toll on me
i almost died
take good care fo yourself dont let anyone change you
take it from me all they do is judge you when you are to skinny
it hurts alot to be judge it is likeyou still dont accept me i changed and now you still dont like me how do you want me kind of thing
like my doctor said its all up to me to survive or die
and factign is not good it makes you worse it makes you stay the same for ever trust me

yup girl, you have issues. it is very straining for your body. if you don't eat, your stomach acid would slowly digest your stomach and it is not going to be a pretty sight. since you are in cheerleading, you are already working out almost everyday! eat something healthy at least it would not be difficult for you and your body.
